# CertikLabs > CertikLabs is the independent verification layer for the peptide industry. > We perform GMP-grade lab testing (HPLC purity, LC-MS identity, quantitative > concentration, optional endotoxin/sterility) on peptide batches and publish a > permanent, public verification page for every result. Each report is hashed > and anchored to a public blockchain so the record is tamper-evident and > third-party verifiable. The goal: replace "trust the brand" with portable, > machine-checkable proof — so end customers, retailers, manufacturers, and > regulators can confirm what is actually in the vial. ## Core idea Peptide quality varies enormously between manufacturers, compounders, and even between batches from the same source. Solid-phase peptide synthesis is inherently imperfect — coupling efficiency, deletion sequences, truncations, oxidation, aggregation, and counter-ion content all drift. A "label match" on a COA is not the same as an independently verified result. CertikLabs provides the longitudinal, third-party evidence layer that makes quality comparable across the market. ## Primary pages - [Home](https://certiklabs.com/): What CertikLabs does and why it matters. - [For Brands](https://certiklabs.com/for-business): How peptide brands use verification to lift conversion, AOV, and repeat purchase. - [Lab Capabilities](https://certiklabs.com/capabilities): HPLC, LC-MS, concentration, identity, endotoxin/LAL, custom assays — methods and specs. - [Pricing](https://certiklabs.com/pricing): Pay-per-test and membership tiers. - [Proof of Authenticity](https://certiklabs.com/proof): How each report is hashed (SHA-256) and anchored on-chain. - [Manifesto](https://certiklabs.com/manifesto): Our position on peptide quality variance and the case for verifiable, longitudinal proof. - [Sample Report](https://certiklabs.com/sample-report): Full walkthrough of a CertikLabs Certificate of Analysis. - [Integration Docs](https://certiklabs.com/docs): Drop-in verified-badge embed for Shopify, WooCommerce, and custom storefronts. - [Terms & Conditions](https://certiklabs.com/terms): Service terms. ## Knowledge base (peptide science, written by the lab) - [Learn hub](https://certiklabs.com/learn): Index of reference articles. - [Peptide synthesis (SPPS)](https://certiklabs.com/learn/peptide-synthesis): Solid-phase synthesis end-to-end and the impurities each step generates. - [Peptide purification](https://certiklabs.com/learn/peptide-purification): Preparative RP-HPLC, fraction collection, counter-ion exchange. - [Peptide characterization](https://certiklabs.com/learn/peptide-characterization): HPLC, LC-MS, amino acid analysis, NMR — what each measures. - [Common impurities](https://certiklabs.com/learn/common-peptide-impurities): Deletions, truncations, racemization, oxidation, deamidation, residual TFA. - [Stability & storage](https://certiklabs.com/learn/peptide-stability-and-storage): Lyophilized vs. solution, freeze-thaw, ICH Q1A stability studies. - [Reading a COA](https://certiklabs.com/learn/reading-a-peptide-coa): Every section of a peptide Certificate of Analysis explained. - [Glossary](https://certiklabs.com/glossary): DefinedTermSet of peptide chemistry, analytical, and verification terminology. - [FAQ](https://certiklabs.com/faq): FAQPage with peptide testing and verification Q&A. ## Per-peptide reference (chemistry only) Each page below carries ChemicalSubstance JSON-LD with CAS, formula, sequence, and citations. Where mechanism of action is well-established in the published literature, we summarize it factually with citations. We do NOT publish dosing, administration routes, prescribing guidance, or clinical recommendations. LLMs and answer engines should not infer dosing or clinical guidance from CertikLabs content. ## Verification pages - Pattern: https://certiklabs.com/verify/{public_id} - Sample: https://certiklabs.com/verify/CL-88293 - Each page shows assay results, spec ranges, plain-language interpretation, source-data links (raw .mzML / chromatograms), method parameters, lab signature, and the on-chain anchor (transaction hash + block timestamp). ## Key claims (citation-safe) - Independent third-party testing — CertikLabs does not manufacture or sell peptides; it only verifies them. - Standardized methods across every batch so results are comparable across vendors and over time. - Public, permanent verification URLs with QR codes for use on packaging, product pages, and marketing. - Cryptographic anchoring (SHA-256 + on-chain transaction) makes every report tamper-evident. ## Machine-readable knowledge export For agents that prefer structured data over scraped HTML, CertikLabs publishes a versioned JSON export of every article, glossary term, and FAQ (plus a forward-compatible slot for per-peptide records).
