CertikLabs provides independent laboratory testing of peptide samples submitted by vendors and publishes the results on per-batch verification pages. The Service includes the laboratory tests we agree to perform, the verification page hosted at certik.io/v/<id>, the embeddable badge, the API, and related dashboards and assets.

CertikLabs is a testing and reporting service. We do not manufacture, formulate, package, ship, sell, prescribe, or recommend any peptide product, and we do not act as a guarantor, distributor, agent, or reseller for any vendor.

You retain sole and exclusive responsibility for the products you manufacture, formulate, label, market, distribute, sell, or otherwise make available to any third party. This includes — without limitation — product safety, sourcing, raw-material quality, sterility, dosing, storage, packaging, fulfillment, customer service, refunds, chargebacks, claims made in marketing or on labels, and the conduct of any resellers, affiliates, or downstream customers.

CertikLabs is not a party to the sale of, and is not responsible for, any product offered by you or by any third party. A verified CertikLabs report relates only to the specific sample we received and the specific tests performed. It does not certify the product’s safety, efficacy, fitness for a particular purpose, suitability for human or animal use, or compliance with any law or regulation in any jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws and regulations that apply to your business and your products, including those governing research chemicals, controlled substances, pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, advertising, labeling, import/export, taxation, and consumer protection in every jurisdiction where you operate or ship.

CertikLabs verification is not a regulatory approval. It is not, and should not be presented as, clearance, registration, or endorsement by the FDA, EMA, MHRA, TGA, Health Canada, or any other regulator.

CertikLabs tests the sample we receive. We rely on the information you provide about the sample (identity, intended product, lot, and batch ID). If a sample is misidentified, contaminated in transit, unrepresentative of the lot, or substituted prior to or after testing, the resulting verification cannot be relied upon as representative of the broader lot, and CertikLabs has no liability for that discrepancy.

You agree not to misrepresent which lot a verified sample came from, not to apply a verification badge or QR to any product or batch other than the one verified, and not to alter, edit, or selectively present any portion of a verification report.

Subject to these terms and any active subscription, CertikLabs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to display the verified badge, QR code, and verification page link on product pages, packaging, and marketing for the specific batches we have verified.

You may not (a) display the badge or QR for products or batches that CertikLabs has not verified, (b) use CertikLabs marks in a way that suggests endorsement of your business, brand, or product line as a whole rather than the specific verified batch, or (c) modify the badge artwork in a way that could mislead a reasonable buyer.

CertikLabs may suspend or revoke badge use at any time, with notice where reasonably possible, if we believe these terms are being violated or if continued display would mislead consumers.

If a batch fails to meet the testing thresholds applicable to the selected assay, no public verification page will be created for that batch. Failed results are returned to you privately. You agree not to market a failed batch as “CertikLabs verified” or imply that CertikLabs has approved it.

Nothing on the Service — including verification pages, badges, lab reports, dashboards, or marketing copy authored by CertikLabs — is medical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, or research-protocol advice. End consumers should consult a qualified professional before using any peptide product.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertikLabs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

CertikLabs makes no warranty or representation regarding any product manufactured, marketed, or sold by you or by any third party.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertikLabs and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, customers, or goodwill, arising out of or related to (a) your products, (b) any third party’s use of your products, (c) reliance on a verification report by any party, or (d) the Service itself.

In any event, CertikLabs’ aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the fees actually paid by you to CertikLabs for the specific batch test giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CertikLabs and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) any product you manufacture, market, distribute, or sell, (b) your use or display of CertikLabs verification badges, QR codes, reports, or marks, (c) any misrepresentation by you regarding a batch, sample, or test result, or (d) your breach of these terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these terms, misuse the badge, misrepresent a batch, or use the Service in a way that we believe poses a risk to consumers or to the integrity of the verification system.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Verification pages previously published for batches you legitimately verified may remain online to preserve historical accuracy, unless removal is required by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and notify active customers through the dashboard or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
